Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red colour with a shimmering core. On the nose there are initial savoury notes, some clove, then slightly vegetal aromas of hay and pink peppercorn. It is decidedly juicy on the palate, medium-bodied and linear, with good length and drive all the way to the finish.
