Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a bright ruby colour with a garnet rim. There is a beautifully drawn nose with a basket full of fresh cherry, some clove, iris blossom, and cinnamon. It is very juicy on the palate, with fine-meshed tannins, displaying good tension, and with a cinnamon note on the finish.
