The red wine Vigneto Bellavista Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Castello di Ama has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant dark ruby red. Opens hesitantly on the nose, fine resinous notes paired with rich cherry fruit, dried rose petal and light savouriness. Very juicy on the palate with clear fruit, shows a lot of raciness, plus young, fresh tannins in many layers, still needs some time, will come together splendidly.
