The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2022 from the winery Castello di Gabbiano has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, elegant ruby red in colour. Aromas of yeasty pastries, bread crust and ripe plums. On the palate, a beautiful juiciness, pronounced fruit and a savoury note. A radiant style with good length.
