Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, shimmering ruby red colour. Medium expression on the nose, some cold smoke, dried tomato, incense. On the palate a good grip and perceptible wood tannin, certain juiciness, currently harsh in the finish, still needs a lot of patience.
