Tasting Notes
Bright dark ruby. Slightly earthy nose of dried tomato and beetroot with ripe cherry and subtle cedar. Mineral-ferrous on the palate with taut acidity, more earthy tones, clear red fruit and minimal aftertaste on the finish.
More about the tastingElegant, bright ruby. Open-hearted nose of apple strudel, peach, ripe cassis, cherry in the background. On the palate gripping and with taut acidity, slightly salty, cool fruit, on the finish unfortunately a little loosely knit.
