Intense, bright ruby red colour. Intense nose, dried plum, chocolate, cedar wood, leather, some vanilla and blackberry jelly. Powerful on the palate, intense, full-bodied, pleasant tannins, yet fresh, elegant acidity. Wood is very well integrated. Lingers long.
