Tasting Notes
Rich, deep dark ruby with a slight violet shimmer. Opens with notes of smoke and liquorice, then a lot of elderberry and blackberry, very intense. Also very intense on the palate, well handled fruit, lots of blackberry, firm, gripping tannin, powerful and has a potential for long ageing.
