Tasting Notes
Intense dark ruby with opaque core. Fragrant nose of dark berries, lots of elderberry and cassis, then some shoe polish on the aftertaste paired with fine pepper spice, slightly animalistic following aeration. Very harmonious throughout on the palate, pulls powerfully over the tongue with pleasant freshness and tightly woven tannins, finishes with firm drive, dark spice on the finish.
