Bouquet carried by a cool spiciness. Notes of allspice, clove and black pepper. In addition, concentrated fruit aromas with notes of preserved plums and cherry. Dense and full-bodied on the palate, with three-fruit confit and bay leaf. Fine-grained tannins, long finish.
