Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Medium intensity, notes of ripe apple fruit, tangerine zest and Mirabelle plum, subtle lime blossom. Soft on the palate, but carried by a beautiful, juicy acidity, lovely pear notes. Finishes medium-long with a slight grip and notes of ripe fruit.
