Tasting Notes
Brilliant light gold in colour. Subtle yellow-fruited notes of white currant, peach and yellow apple on the nose, with some butter cream too. The palate is light-footed, with a textured impression and finely polished mousse. The well-balanced acidity balances the sweetish fruity body. An invigorating aperitif.
