Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby. Generous aromas with dried plum, floor wax and subtle green bell peppers. The Bordeaux model is clearly recognisable. Round and polished on the palate with a beautiful texture, noticeable but fine tannin and medium length with oak savouriness. Can age well for a few more years.
