Smokey, nutty, subtle brioche, delicate hints of mint and eucalyptus, flint and some vanilla in the background, a multi-faceted bouquet. Complex with medium texture, hints of coconut and nougat, elegant, fine acid core, pleasant toasty flavours on the finish, a sort of mini Dom Perignon in style, secure and certain ageing potential.
