Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green with silver reflections, and a fine, well persistent mousse. Multifaceted bouquet, fine yellow tropical fruit, delicate hints of brioche and nougat, underpinned with candied lime zest. Taut, very complex, ripe yellow fruit nuances, taut texture, mineral and salty, lasting for minutes, perfectly matured, a wine of enormous complexity and length.
