Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a fine mousse. Delicate notes of yellow apple, mango and greengage, alongside white flowers and a hint of candied orange zest. Slender on the palate with a white stone fruit core and subtle acid structure that lends medium length. A fine, well-balanced aperitif Champagne and versatile food companion. (Degorgiert 02/22, PM).
