Tasting Notes
Bright gold in colour with silvery reflections. Delicate aromas of woodruff, white flowers, peach and citrus zest on the nose, with a light yeasty touch. There's zesty mousse on the palate and plenty of juicy acidity, creating a very elegant, chalky texture with a creamy finish. An animating salinity on the finish brings appealing length.
