Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.11.2013

Golden yellow with green reflections. Restrained, reductive nose at first, slowly opening up, initially subtle yellow fruit of peach, ripe pear, iridescent. Spicy, white pepper, saffron, delicate meadow herbs. Light, flattering bubbles on the palate, mineral-salty touch. Peppery, spicy aftertaste of ginger with striking length, needs time. Not for beginners.
