Pale yellow-green, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Delicately nutty, a hint of dried fruit, delicate vegetal notes of marc, hazelnut oil, very individualistic bouquet. Medium body, white apple, mineral-salty finish, lemony touch, it is not without reason that this variety is rarely made into Champagne today. (3304 bottles produced).
