A hint of yeast, sponge, lemon zest, dried lemon peel. On the palate textured with phenolic presence, very closed. Currently lacking fruit but revealing grippy minerality. Fresh with a tension that comes directly from the acidity. Not a food match as yet. Compact and grippy, salty - just too young.
