Brilliant light golden yellow in colour. Delicate floral hints of linden blossom and white rose combine with notes of fresh yeast bread, yellow apple and a hint of lardo on the nose. The palate is juicy, with a fine foam and delicate acidity. There's some fresh green tobacco leaf notes and nutty accents lending depth of character, before the refreshing aftertaste of garden herbs and pomelo.
