Medium straw yellow with silver reflections. Hints of yellow tropical fruit on the nose, with mineral undertones, some blossom honey and candied orange zest. Close-meshed and elegant on the palate, with a fine fruit sweetness at the core backed by an integrated acidity and well balanced, lemony-salty finish. A very versatile bottle. (Lot 01/23, PM).
