Dark colour with a copper shimmer. Raspberries, wild roses, violets, fresh figs and blackberries on the nose, along with rye toast, caramel and walnuts. Mineral on the palate with liquorice, distinctly dry and tart, carried by salty minerality and fresh acidity. Notes of tobacco, black tea, bergamot, mocha and clove. Long finish - a distinctive, robust accompaniment to food.
