Medium salmon pink with golden reflections, lively, delicate mousse. Fine red and black forest berries, smoky minerality, with fine herbal savouriness in the background. Powerful, full-bodied and tightly structured, seamless style with good freshness, already harmonious despite its youth, salty minerality on the finish, a tight food companion, very purist. (Deg. 12/22).
