Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow in colour with brass reflections and a lively, medium mousse. A somewhat shy bouquet, with a touch of herbal spice, candied orange zest, pear nuances, floral hints, subtly ripe, underpinned with minerality. The juicy palate is mineral and well developed with a certain opulence, subtle fruit expression redolent of yellow tropical fruit and ripe peach, and a touch of salinity on the delicately nutty finish. A multi-faceted food wine. (11/5/2023).
