Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with subtle brassy reflections and a very fine, persistent mousse. Delicate biscuit, hints of toast and orange marmalade, ripe yellow peach underneath, with some walnut and almond. Powerful, juicy, yellow tropical fruit, subtle fruit expression countered by lime. It is mineral and very long lasting. It is a tight, complex wine with length and freshness. It has definite potential for development and ageing. A rare cuvée, it was only offered in four markets worldwide. (11/5/2023).
