Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow; fine, persistent mousse. Mineral nuances, hints of baking spices and hazelnut, underlaid with fine yellow tropical fruit, discreet blossom honey with candied orange in the background. Complex, fine nuances of pear and greengage, taut texture, tight and fresh, multi-layered flavours, juicy finish. Certainly has development potential.
