Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a fine mousse. Yellow tropical fruit, a hint of peach, floral nuances and candied lime zest on the nose, with a mineral touch too. It's complex and tightly meshed on the palate with nuances of pome fruit, a fresh acidity and a saline touch on the finish that leads into subtle fruit sweetness in the aftertaste. A multi-faceted food companion. (Disgorged 02/23, PM).
