Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow in colour with silver reflections and a very fine mousse. On the mineral, refined bouquet, fine notes of grapefruit zest, a hint of baby pineapple, white peach, and nuances of red forest berries. The taut palate is complex, structured and full of finesse, with nuances of yellow apple and stone fruit, and a texture like the finest silk, incredibly delicate, runs both vertically and horizontally, and lingers for minutes. After 22 years it has an almost unbelievable freshness, a Champagne of great delicacy, with a hint of subtle sweetness on the finish. (PM, 09/2024)
