Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. A hint of fresh baked goods, yellow tropical fruit, some mango, a hint of bourbon vanilla, multi-layered bouquet, ranging from floral to mineral and lemon nuances. Very complex on the palate, notes of white vineyard peach, conveys a subtle sweetness at the core, elegant, fine acidity, salty-mineral, multi-faceted and with great length. A perfect food wine, with the sweet nuances of maturity in the finish. A little grapefruit stands for the typical umami nuances of a great Cristal, a monumental Champagne that lingers for minutes.
