Tasting Notes
Bright, golden yellow with silver-coloured reflections. Complex bouquet with notes of fresh white bread, fine acacia blossom and candied lime, underpinned by ripe mango and a hint of lemon balm. Creamy mouthfeel on the palate, carried by the finest mousse, with a juicy, cultivated acidity and subtle, chalky-mineral depth. The finish is reminiscent of light salted caramel. Already matured in a noble manner, with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingPale golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Delicate meadow herbs on the nose, with yellow stone fruit, a hint of melon and mango, candied lime and some mineral nuances. Complex and tightly meshed on the palate with a core of fine yellow tropical fruit and a finesse-rich acidity. It's delicately salty in the aftertaste, with some blossom honey also on show. A great food companion, with secure development potential. (PM).
