Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Delicately smoky, herbal and spicy, fresh yellow apple fruit, subtle hints of mango, chalky minerality, a hint of lime. Taut, fresh white pome fruit nuances, lively acidity, tightly woven, animating style, good persistency, appears enormously youthful and lively, good ageing potential.
