Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Light copper colour with bright orange reflections. Delicate aromas of bright red fruit, rosehip and garden herbs, a little fennel seed and a hint of red pepper. Tense palate, densely woven elegant body, refreshing acidity, very straightforward salty, fine tart grapefruit notes on the finish. Lively, a good aperitif.
