Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.11.2020: Peter Moser

Brilliant copper colour. Delicate smoky notes, wet stone and fresh pastry, with time, fine nuances of candied blood orange, sea buckthorn and dark cherry fruit. Lots of drive on the palate, gripping, substantial with juicy acidity and fine mousse. Never ending length on the palate. Vinous mineral type, ideal with strong dishes. Exceptional.
