Strong red with a slight edge of ripeness; medium intensity on the nose, hints of leather, dried plum, licorice, malt; medium-bodied on the palate, juicy acidity, prominent, slightly greenish tannins, aromatically somewhat faded; rather short finish. Can still be shown under observation, but should be drunk now.
