Tasting Notes
Intense herbal fragrance, balsam and thyme, herbal bitters, cinchona bark. Broad and ponderous on the palate, grainy and fleshy, with an intense tactile-mineral accompaniment. Very good length, both structurally and aromatically. Very ripe with good precision in the fruit, chocolatey and lots of chalky minerality.
