Dark, dense cherry red. Dark fruit on the nose: elderberry, blackberry and black cherry. Spicy palate, finely-meshed tannins, almost chalky texture and vivid, well-integrated acidity. Beautiful length, ending on notes of baking spices and dark chocolate.
