Tasting Notes
Brilliant honey yellow. Notes of ripe Mirabelle plum and quince jelly on the nose, plus fresh hazelnuts. A fine texture at the beginning, which is absorbed by the vivid, ripe acidity. The ethereal spiciness leads into a wonderfully elegant bitterness.
More about the tastingRich yellow in colour. A ripe bouquet smells of honey, Linden blossom and freshly ground hazelnuts, with ripe pear and melon fruit too. The powerful, supple attack has a well-integrated acidity and excellent length. Do not serve too cool.
