Tasting Notes
The 2013 vintage gave the wines plenty of acidity. On the nose, notes of dried meadow herbs, some dried pear and candied pineapple. The long acidic nerve and the ethereal spiciness so typical of Châtagneréaz harmonise perfectly on the palate.
