Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

This has a rather dark ruby colour. There is an aroma of black cherry on the nose. as well as notes of eucalyptus and oak, and subtle dark wild berry. It is rather soft and dense on the palate, with a restrained ripe acidity, and well-integrated tannins. It finishes medium long, with dark fruit, and pepper notes, and it finishes slightly drying.
