Tasting from 01.06.2018: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Somewhat reductive on the nose, then delicate, fine notes of sea buckthorn, khaki, star fruit, grapefruit and a hint of physalis as well as herbal notes. Fruity and fresh on the palate, with notes of raspberry and some caramel. Lingers for a long time on mineral notes.
