Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Cream-coloured with a pink shimmer. Grapey, slightly floral. Also nutty undertones. Supple and full-bodied on the palate, medium-bodied extract, silky mid-palate, ripe acidity, almost a little too quiet in its style, but certainly has substance.
