Tasting Notes
Pale rosé, brilliant. Precise bouquet of red berries, rosehip, lime blossom, jasmine, vineyard peach and fresh melon. A lively, juicy attack on the palate, supported by a mineral backbone that lends tension and length. Citrus, fleur de sel and red berries provide freshness and balance. Salty-fresh, long finish.
