Tasting from 05.09.2025: Romana Echensperger

A Sauvignon Blanc of quiet grandeur. The bouquet is delicately scented with notes of Boskop apple, yellow kiwi, kumquat, dried apricot, fennel and fenugreek. Changeable and finely integrated, subtle yet expressive. Moderate freshness on the palate and that special Bordeaux Blanc accent reminiscent of salted lemons. With a long, elegant finish. A marvellous flatterer.
