Matured for one year in foudre. Balsamic wood, vanilla pudding, wild cherry, red currant, juicy, taut, light wood creaminess, very balanced, very good freshness, juicy-mineral and sinewy, good density. Noble astringency, softened by the wood, fine nerve, high elegance and long tactile minerality.
