Tasting from 26.05.2011

Bright purple red with brick-colored reflections. The nose is still somewhat closed at the beginning, then jam and cassis aromas develop, paired with vanilla, paprika, pepper and roasted aromas. Dark berries, cloves and dark chocolate on the palate. Present, beautifully balanced acidity and tannins, long finish. Kefraya's great growth is perfect with red meat or on its own. Good ageing potential, but already a pleasure.
