Tasting from 26.05.2011

Deep yellow-green with delicate golden reflections. White fruit, mango, apricot and honey form a beautiful interplay in the glass, with delicate floral aromas emerging over time. In the mouth, apple, pear and honey meet a fine, tingling acidity. Long, pleasant finish. A lovely accompaniment to Mediterranean starters and fish when enjoyed cold.
