Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.05.2011

Medium yellow-green with bright yellow reflections. Intense aroma of white fruit, especially pear and honey. Initially somewhat restrained on the palate, then aromas of apple, almond and honey develop, leading to a fine mineral finish. A subtle wine that can be enjoyed now, but also in two or three years' time.
