Initially discreetly reductive notes quickly evaporate in favor of an expressive aroma of tropical fruits and typical vegetal aromas reminiscent of tomato green, sage and paprika. Juicy fruit fullness with taut acidity. Underpinned by slightly salty and tart contours in the finish. A classic in the very best sense.
