Opulent fruit: elderberry pulp, blueberry confit, blackberry, some chocolate, liquorice and garrigue. The palate has great volume and fills with silky tannins, which completely occupy the palate. Despite the mild acidity and creaminess and the powerful alcohol, the wine seems balanced and really fresh.
